We share customers’ personal information only as described below and with Subeasy.app, controls that either are subject to this Privacy Notice or follow practices at least as protective as those described in this Privacy Notice.

• Transactions involving Third Parties: We make available to you services, products, applications, or skills provided by third parties for use on or through Subeasy Services. For example, the products you order through our marketplace are from third parties, you can download applications from third-party application providers from App Store, and enable third-party skills . Are Children Allowed to Use Subspace Services ?

Subeasy does not sell products for purchase by children. If you are under the age of 18 years, you may use Subeasy Services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Account Deletion

We provide all our Users an option to request the deletion of a specific account through the support section on the Subeasy App. Following such a request, we delete all such information related to the specific account including but not limited to profile information, card data, transaction details, reward details, referrals details, statement details, etc. that we are not required to retain. In certain circumstances, we may be unable to delete your account, such as if there is any outstanding dispute or unresolved claims pending on your card/account. However, upon resolution of the issue preventing deletion, the information is immediately deleted and can’t be recovered thereafter. note that we may retain certain information if necessary for our own legitimate business interests such as fraud prevention and enhancing users’ safety and security or to fulfill our legal obligations and compliance.
