Thank you for your purchase from Subeasy. We hope you are satisfied with your subscriptions and other services provided by us. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase/ subscriptions/ transaction for any valid reason, you may enquire with us for the refunds, if applicable. Kindly refer below for more information on our REFUND policy:

CANCELLATION

Cancellation Policy :

  • You cannot cancel your purchase of a Gift card/voucher once it is redeemed.
  • The person who has set up the gift decided to cancel it
  • The total payment towards the cost of the “Gift Card” is not received
  • The request “Gift Card” may no longer be available / or is out of stock
  • The principle brand whose “Gift Card” we are selling decide to decline to provide the “Gift Card”
  • Any other technical reason

You may cancel your subscription at any time by visiting Your Account and adjusting your membership settings. If you cancel the subscription within 3 business days of signing up for such a paid subscription, we will issue a credit note to you and refund your entire membership fee in your wallet, provided that we may charge you (or withhold from your refund) the value of the subscription benefits used by you and your account during this 3 business day period by issuing a partial credit note to you in your wallet. Suppose you cancel the subscription at any other time. In that case, we will raise a credit note and refund your entire membership fee in your wallet only if you have not made any eligible purchases or taken advantage of subscription benefits since your latest subscription charge.

For the avoidance of doubt, the cancellation and refund process provided under this section shall apply to you.

REFUNDS

Refund Policy:

Our company is committed to providing high-quality services to all of our customers. We understand that circumstances can arise that may make it impossible for us to fulfill our obligations to you. In these situations, we offer refunds subject to the following conditions:

1. Refund Eligibility: You may be eligible for a refund if we are unable to provide the service that you have purchased from us.

2. Refund Request: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team within Three(3) business days of the date of purchase. You can contact us via email or phone, and our team will guide you through the process.

3. Refund Processing: Once your refund request is approved, we will process your refund within seven(7) business days. Refunds will be made via the original method of payment.

4. Refund Exceptions: Please note that we reserve the right to deny any refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy. Additionally, we are unable to provide refunds for any services that have been partially or fully consumed.

5.  Refund policy in terms of which the option of, replacement and/ or refund is solely decided by Subeasy. All Gift Cards listed under a particular category may not have the same refund policy. Our refund TAT is for 10 working days. If 10 working days have gone by since your refund request, unfortunately, we won’t be able to process/offer any refund in that case.
